Today I want to share an important moment in the evolution of our firm.

Over the past several years, we have grown. We have matured. And we have stepped into leadership in ways I could not have fully imagined when this journey first began.

When I first founded the company, I named it Mejia Advisory. At the time, that name made perfect sense. It represented my responsibility, my reputation, and my commitment to building something meaningful from the ground up. The vision was personal. The work carried my name.

But over time, something powerful happened.

Advisors joined the mission. Clients trusted us with their most important financial decisions. Relationships turned into partnerships. What started as one person's vision slowly became something far greater than that.

It became a community. It became a family.

And when something grows beyond one person, its name should reflect that.

That is why today I am proud to share that Mejia Advisory is evolving into Mana Advisory and Solutions Group.

The word Mana comes from the Filipino word pamana, which means to pass something on. It represents legacy. The opportunity to build something meaningful through integrity, discipline, and hard work and pass it forward to the next generation.

That meaning reflects exactly what our firm stands for today.

We help families build financial foundations that last beyond their lifetime. We help them create stability, opportunity, and protection for the people who will come after them.

But inside our organization, we believe legacy applies to our advisors as well.

This firm is not just a place to work. It is a place where advisors can build their own legacy. The relationships they form, the families they guide, and the futures they help shape will ripple forward for generations.

That is the culture we are building together.

The name Mana also carries a deeply personal meaning for me.

When I was growing up, my father owned a Filipino restaurant called Mana. As a child, I did not fully understand the significance of that word. It was simply the name on the sign outside the restaurant and the place where I watched my father work tirelessly to provide for our family.

Looking back now, I realize that what he was building was not just a restaurant. He was building something to support his family, something rooted in sacrifice, pride, and purpose.

He was building a pamana. A legacy.

That word stayed with me through every stage of my life and career. Through the difficult seasons of starting a business. Through the responsibility of serving families. Through the realization that the work we do today shapes opportunities for tomorrow.

In many ways, it feels like that word was always meant to return here.

This change represents more than a rebrand. It represents who we have become.

We are no longer simply one founder's firm.

We are a family of advisors, a community of clients, and a shared mission to help people build something meaningful that will outlast them.
